The timing chain cover leak can be seen externally as well, so do a visual on that. The head bolts do go into water jackets, but i used permatex #2 on the threads, so i don't think the leak is coming from the head bolts. We recommend using the bluedevil head gasket sealer to help seal your leak.

I assembled the head/block on the engine stand. Intake manifold cooling leaks > are so big i've seen them twist a con rod (more popular on split port. Maike sure it is not a leak from the coolant bridge under the intake plenum in the back, or a leak from the oil cooler cover under the intake that is draining around the heads to the point you are seeing the coolant.
